Privacy notice
Xiodo is a private portal run by your teacher for the students they invited. It is not a public website and nothing here is sold or used for advertising.
What is stored about you
- Your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account.
- Which course, group and class materials you are allowed to see.
- What you do in the portal: which materials you open, your progress and video position, and when you were last active.
- Your exam attempts: your answers, the time you started and finished, marks and feedback.
Who can see it
Your teacher and the people they appoint as admins or assistants can see your profile, progress, activity and exam results. Other students cannot see your data. Class files are never public: they open only through short-lived links created after the portal checks that you may open them.
Where it is kept
Accounts and records are stored with Supabase (database and Google sign-in) and class files with Cloudflare R2. The portal does not set advertising or tracking cookies; it only uses the sign-in cookie it needs to keep you logged in.
Your choices
You can stop using the portal at any time. To correct or delete your data, or to leave the course, ask your teacher. A video link is only a link: an unlisted video is hard to find but not secret, so do not share links outside the class.
